This policy is to indemnify the joint insured, such as main contractor, sub-contractor, owner, developer and landlord for their legal liability in respect of death or bodily injury sustained by the employees by accident or disease arising out of and in the course of employment whilst performing their duties in connection with the project work at worksite only.

Insurer usually provides up to $10million any one accident and in the aggregate.
